Stress Clinic Uganda and Ibara Company (UAE) Join Forces to Transform Early Detection and Inclusive Education for Children in Northern Uganda

Stress Clinic Uganda is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Ibara Company under the ADILE
Program (Access to Diagnosis & Inclusive Learning Enhancement), marking a major step forward in expanding early screening and inclusive education for children with neurodevelopmental conditions in Northern Uganda.

The partnership responds to critical gaps in diagnostic access, teacher capacity, specialist availability, referral systems, and stigma affecting children with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and related learning differences.

ADILE will deploy a digital screening tool that requires minimal internet connectivity, takes approximately 8 minutes to screen a child, and is provided free of charge, compared to an average cost of UGX 210,000 per child for conventional screening services. The program also includes certified training for pre-primary, primary, and lower secondary teachers to strengthen early identification and inclusive classroom practice.

Initial implementation: 80+ children screened; structured digital courses developed on autism, dyslexia,
and ADHD.
