Stress Clinic Uganda is a nonprofit and legally registered (No. 80034849709844) mental health and community development organization working across post-conflict, refugee-hosting, and underserved communities in Uganda to provide community-led mental health care, neurodivergent-focused support programs, and development programs delivered through community-based systems. These include therapy, counseling, case management, psychosocial support, and inclusive interventions for individuals with diverse cognitive, emotional, and developmental needs.
Our model is built around four system functions:
Rescue – immediate psychosocial response for individuals in crisis
Respond – structured mental health and neurodivergent care services
Rejuvenate – strengthening individual and community resilience systems
Sustain – embedding community ownership and long-term capacity
